supplies

   1 -cream Card stock  
   2 -floral paper by this and that
   3 -tan bow
   4 - double faced tape
   5- HELLO THERE tag
    6 - hot glue gun 
  7 -stars Thumb punch
   8 - 2" circle 
  9 -  floral paper
  10 - Red  gems
  11 -  small pop dots
  12 - MARVY  lace punch
