    3 - vintage picture
    4 - double faced tape
    5-White Ribbon bow
    6 -polka-dotted flowers with Happy Birthday sticker
    7 - Disney Tag
    8 - 3 buttons
    9 - white lace across the bottom 
    10-tiny pink bow
