Welcome to my Blog I hope you like this card for this challenge at Mojo Monday , I have some favorite challenges and  this is one of them. here is a list of supplies I used.

4-  double face tape
5 - hot glue gun
6- zig zag ribbon blue and white
7 - teal thin ribbon bow
8 - hand stamped Umbrellas and Rain Drops by Verve STAMPS
9- You make me HAPPY WHEN SKIES ARE GRAY ( also by Verve STAMPS)

11 - Classic stampin'pad  "TAKEN WITH TEAL"
