1 - Sage card stock  Stampin up !
2 - foot print from my stash
3 - with Sympathy die cut by Elizabeth craft designs( white craft paper)
4 -  Green and brown ribbon
5 - 2 small brown bows
6 -  hot glue
8 - double face tape
