4 -Halloween Card stock purple, black, Orange and white stars
5 - double face tape
6 - Hot glue gun
7 -  Round Hand Punch
8 - sizzix pumpkin
9 - Happy Halloween Block Stamp
10 - Black ink pad
11- purple gems for the cats eyes
