'Spring is Near the shabby tea room

'Spring is Near' Happy Birthday

This week Char is our wonderful host and she has chosen the theme of 'Spring is Near' along with this beautiful photo for inspiration ...

... and Char asks that you create a card or project inspired by photo USING AT LEAST THREE COLORS FROM THE PICTURE and DRY EMBOSSING! Be sure you let us know what you DRY embossed because sometimes it's hard to find in a picture!!

Here is my card for thy Shabby Tea room challenge
Using the colors required I put my card together using the following products.
I used STAMPIN' UP card stock for the main body of my card in deep pink. I then used a open stock paper at Michael's called "cupcake". I used lace by "celebrate it" I added a pinwheel I had cut and glued and put a brad in the center. I added a lavender plastic stick and put a thin blue bow on it. I then added a tag I cut using my Spellbinder Nestabilties die and a rubber stamped "Happy B-Day" and then Embossed it

Pretty Palette #51 By Dottie

MTME is asking for us to us the following colors Orange, White, and Green.
I got busy this morning thinking just how I was going to design my card for this challenge.
so here is what I came up with.
using the following things I put my card together, and I hope you all like it .
Orange & White Gingham ribbon by Craft Essentials
STAMPIN'UP! Card Stock
Open stock St.Patrick's day paper from Joanns
St. Patrick's Embellishment by Recollections
Green, White & Orange 1 7/16 round punch by Recollections
I used my corner punch by Creative memories
using my Marvy Punch I used the Ribbon stitch die.
I put the Gingham ribbon through the fence and then added the circles down the left side of the card, adding 3 Gingham bows I then over layered my orange card stock with the printed parer over that , I then added another orange circle in the center of the card and added my embellishment of my lepricon . lastly I added at the top of my card a label that reads Happy St. Patrick's Day on Orange paper and printed in dark green.
so I decided to also link it to http://simonsaysstampschallenge.blogspot.com/
