Honoring our Veterans and Military

Happy Memorial Day everyone, as you know today is not about picnic's, it is all about our Fallen military, Veterans and active Military . May God Bless them. Remember when ever you see anyone in Uniform , Always remember to thank them for their service.

 I made my card for today to honor our military. Wonderful Brave  Men and Woman that have served to protect this country . I used white card stock added blue and white polka dot card stock Navy blue and Red all from my stash. I added a tag MAY GOD BLESS the USA. I added a Navy blue star and some Red White & Blue star Ribbon

wishing everyone a wonderful fun and safe Memorial day.
We are having a few friends in today, not doing anything too big. had a little something yesterday for our kids and grand kids now it is our Friends.

Hello everyone, what a beautiful week we are having sunny and bright. here it is Wednesday already and Monday will be memorial day.  as always will being having our BBQ that day. hope you all have a blessed day.

today I used Navy blue Card stock a doilie, a few flowers and a red and white Gingham bow. a little rick rack along the edge from my stash. this card in tribute to our Country coming this Memorial Day, May God Bless her and keep her safe.

Hello one and all, wow time sure fly's! here comes memorial day, Where I for one salute all those in the Military and those we have Lost. today I'm doing a Salute to our Wonderful Beautiful Country I love this Country.
                          But Not our Government  !

 I used white card stock for my card then I layered it with a plaid Red, White & Blue. I added my Ribbon from the May Patriotic Collection.  I made the red Whit and Blue stick pin added a Red paper rose a couple Embellishments I used lawn fawn navy & white bakers twine

from my stash I used red letters and wrote out God Bless- then added our United States "America" sticker & a piece of white foam from my stash, and my Round Die cute .

Graduation 2016

Happy Monday everyone, well its around that time of year again, another one of our Granddaughters are graduating this week. Sabrina's school colors are Blue and White but I could only find a black gown and cap.

I used navy blue and white card stock from my stash. I added blue and blue and white gingham ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon . I added my Graduation Cap, Gown Diploma Etc. jolees BOUTQIUE Embellishments.
I used my medium size Circle hand punch.

for the past several years I have had to make one or more Graduation Cards for our Grandson's and Granddaughter's 5 down 11 to go LOL.

this week flew by so fast. been gorgeous weather all week.

I love playing along in all challenges,and I love creating each of my cards. I used Gray card stock from my stash, then layered it with  Yellow Mulberry paper. I layered it again with paper from Our Daily Bread design.

 I used my spellbinder die  Die D Lites S2-123 I added vintage pix, some tiny satin roses and white flowers from my stash I added some seem binding and silver ribbon from
 Really Reasonable Ribbon  I added some silver branches and a blue and clear bead stick pin. also from my stash.

Happy Wednesday, hope all is doing well and having a good week. here in Florida it is yet another beautiful warm sunny day.

I enjoy playing along in all challenges, I love creating my card and this card is for a special someone. letting them know We are thinking about them.

I used baby boy blue card stock, printed paper, beads, shells and Mixed Sequins  I used  felt Brown Green & white. I added a wood veneer NEVER GIVE UP . I used my dies Tree Palm,38-0183Original (RED)  Starfish 38-0205 Original (small green)  I love using these dies on Felt it cuts it so well.

Pretty felt Flowers

Happy Monday ! today the challenge I did is for Simon Says Monday.- Felt that, I enjoy playing with felt for different challenges. it is a lot of fun creating things from felt.

this was a fun card to create and I love playing along in all challenges. I used my Pink, Teal Yellow & Green felt I used pink  & white card stock, Some lady bug ribbon by Really Reasonable Ribbon. I had a large lady bug in my stash so I added her I used my Flower Layers # 3  Die from Original Sizzix.

                       I added my wood Veneer Believe. 

I used my Darcie Flower embossing folder & Tim Holtz Distress Ink Mustard seed. I hand cut my leafs and stem for my flowers.

Red white and Blue is the challenge today for Cherry Lynn Design.
it is late here now almost tomorrow, I wanted to create this card for this challenge, I love our United States of America and am proud to be a born AMERICAN. I always love doing something patriotic Challenges

 I used Red and white card stock and a small Vintage picture of a teddy bears and American flags In their hands and behind them  paper roses  all from my stash.  The Gingham Red and White Bow and the ribbon I used to make flags are from,  Really Reasonable Ribbon.

just a note

        Happy Saturday everyone what a pretty day here.
 it is our weekend to have our Granddaughter Gracie, 
We love having her. She has just has 17 days left of school then she will be with us for most of the summer.

this was a fun card to make, I used my bird of roses #sssD11541.  I also used cream card stock from Michaels craft store  and polka dot paper  from ODBD. I added a piece of sage ribbon down the side from my stash, I added 3 pearl drops"lime green" by Ranger. 
I made a tag and stamped  just a note.

I used cream card stock from my stash,I layered flag hear paper from ODBD, Spiral Stamens- used my white one and added Red and Blue ink on it. Mulberry Flowers 10 mm Open Roses I also colored one red, one Blue. They are from Really Reasonable Ribbon I used my Copic sketch pen #R37, B29 for the tiny roses 

I added an antique round doily, a patriotic photo a Red and Blue paper rose all from my stash.

There are very sad time's we face in life we all have to face, weather it is a child, Grandparent, Aunt Uncle, Mom or Dad. Tomorrow is never a promise ! and Life is too short. Everyone need to get along.

so many Friends my hubby was on the Police Dept with
