I figured today would be a great challenge for our weather it has been raining here everyday  for over a week. We have has lots of Rain thunder and lighting Everyday & very humid here on the West Coast.

  Here is the list of things I used, but you do not need to use the same products; just let your creativity flow.

1 - white card stock
2 -  Verve  STAMPS Rain or Shine #vs-196
3 - mixed sequins by lawn fawn
4 - cloud paper from my stash
5 -  hot glue
6 - double face tape
7 - teal paper also from my stash
8 - 3 flags from my stash paper
9 - NIGHT OF NAVY Classic Stampin' pad
