I used Heavy White Cardstock, layered with a Bright Yellow Cardstock, and added Easter cardstock with carotts I made a tag stamped - you're my kind of peep.

I adhered it by simply adding double sided craft tape to the sides and bottom of the die cuts. To make it even more secure,

  1. I love the Easter Peeps. When I was little, Mom would also put the yellow Peeps in my Easter basket. I never ate them (I don't like them) but I always counted on them being in my basket. I'd keep them until they were rock hard solid and Mom made me throw them away in the trash. They're just so iconic for Easter and so cute.

    1. Karen, this is such a cute and funny story. I'm not a fan of how they taste but they are cute to look at. :)

  3. Dottie, this card is adorable! I used to live in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, right where they make Peeps. They're so fun and really say "Easter!" As guest designer over at Word Art Wednesday I just wanted to "hop" on over and say hi and that we're glad you shared your lovely card with us! :)
