Tutorial :

Using the Sketch for this weeks Challenge . I collected all my supplies I have in my stash and I then cut the cream card stock to size 6" x 4 1/2", I then chose my green and white polka doted paper by recollections.
I used my double faced tape on the green and white polka dotted paper and put it into place, I then cut a piece of Olive card stock by STAMPIN'UP! I added my blues and with polka dot ribbon then cutting another piece of green and white polka dot paper and again using double faced tape put it in place. I used my white Lacey and my blue and green polka dotted strip also in my stash Lastly I used my Lever Punch 2"  and stamped it with my Clear Stamp by "Verve" " May God Bless You " Using the hot glue gun I put my rose in place.
