I used heavy White card stock,PENNY BLACK birthday bundles. 2 embellishment Balloons, baby blue seam binding . I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks of many colors to paint the bear. 6x6 paper pad "hey cupcake by doodlebug design inc. double side tape , pop dots,
I also made my envelope to match the stamp I used for this challenge. STAMPERS ANONYMOUS Glitter Duster. thin foam tape. I cut out the image then painted it .
