In regard to the little glassine bags (you referred to as cellophane bags) on my chalkboard project....the answer is this: Best place I've found to buy them is on EBay. Go to www.ebay.com - at the top search bar, type in glassine bag, under Category - use drop down box to select Crafts. When you search this, you will come up with OODLES of different sizes and shapes of these sweet little bags. I love using them. Hope this helps you.
