                                                                        Created by Dottie      Welcome to my blog today I made this fun card for the challenge over at Simon Says Wednesday challenge .  the challenge is "SHIMMER AND SHINE"  so I got my glimmer machine out and  I used my glimmer plate Happy Birthday .                                                                 Hello, friends, and Welcome to my blog today, I created  this card today for the Creative Knockouts, I used the following products .  Heavy White Cardstock ,   I then layered it with heavy  Cloud Cardstock I used a   Digi by Patties Creations,   I colored in the Digi using Copic sketch, , mixed colors -. , double sided craft tape, foam tape, pop dots, Tim Holtz Distress Ink salty Ocean , clear drops for the rain drops.
