 Hello Everyone:

 I used Light Blue Heavy  Cardstock for my base card,& layered with EchoPark 6x6 Pad A MAGICAL PLACE  cardstock.

    

Scalloped  die cut lower part of my card Pure magic Micky Mouse Die Cut, Red and white stripe Ribbon and thin Yellow Gingham Ribbon

                    double sided tape,  pop dots, Hot Glue.
